Pricing: Quotes are good for 30 days, Pricing subject to change without notice.

Payment Terms: Refurbished Equipment – 50% with Order, Balance due Net-15
New Equipment – Net-15
Morgan MEDesign – 50% with Order, Balance due Net-15
Lancer Medical Services – 50% with Order, Balance due Net-15

Shipping Terms: Customer responsible for shipping charges, Applied to final invoice.

Installation Terms: Customer responsible for installation charges.

Returned Goods Policy:

Returned Goods: Refurbished Equipment may be returned within a 30-day period from the invoice date. The customer will receive a full refund based on the purchase price less the shipping charges. All Returned Goods must have an assigned Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA). The RGA number will be issued by Alpine Surgical Equipment and must be clearly marked on each package being returned. This RGA number will be valid for 45 days only. Items must be sent back during this time otherwise the return will be refused.

New Equipment will be based on each individual manufacturer's existing Returned Goods Policy.

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all equipment and products returned after the initial 30 day period.
